Thierry Ciszewski is Head of Equity Capability at HSBC Asset Management, where he leads the global investment platform behind the firm's active equity franchise of around 130 investment professionals, spanning data, technology, quantitative and risk models, portfolio construction, implementation and analytics. He has been at HSBC for over twelve years and leads a two-hub team across Europe and Hong Kong. He owns the front-office AI strategy for active equity, from concept through analyst-augmentation prototypes to production deployment.
